Who called from 8086539999

I am glad some people are getting good calls from loved ones. My husband and I are receiving harassing phone calls from this number.

I got a call from it this morning just after 8 AM.  I don't know anyone in Hawaii or in the military who is deployed anywhere in the Middle East.  I assumed it was a telemarketer.

This number called me, and asked a couple questions that were jumbled and made no sence. I dont want to recieve calls from this caller again.

Thank you everyone for the posts, I was lucky to get a voice mail because I was at work at the time. My boyfriend is on a mission to Iraq and he told me to look out for a weird number.
