I received and missed a call from this number yesterday. After looking it up and reading the comments on 800notes I figured it might be one of my customers. I received a second call  later the same day and answered, I can confirm that this was a call from a Satellite Phone from USCG. If you have family, friends or customers in the Military you might not want to ignore this number.
