I saw that it was a number I did not recognize so I did not answer. They did not leave a message but my caller ID said it was "Broadband Dynamics" in New Albany, IN.
Just got a phone call from a guy from this company at 8:50pm MST. Tried to tell me that it will go to the credit agencies tomorrow if the balance is not at zero, told him I was attempting to contact the library already since I do not have any items out (I just moved, and went through all of my books, no library books). Very weird to get a call from them the night before it is supposedly going on my credit report, and at such an odd time of night.
Not totally sure why a library collections company in Indiana (if that indeed is what they are) is calling me, because I live in Canada. Also, I have late fees on some books but only about $3, it's not really worth it for them to spend money to collect such a small amount. Oh well, I guess it's a good reminder to go pay my fees.
I received a call @ 6:41 pm EST, and no one said anything. I recalled the number from my caller I.D and it was from a "unique management services" and that I was to call back at their normal office hours. I wonder how they can call me after hours at this number and I can't call back at the number that they called me from? I have 4 missed calls from this number and find it to be irritating and weird!
