I saw that it was a number I did not recognize so I did not answer. They did not leave a message but my caller ID said it was "Broadband Dynamics" in New Albany, IN.
Called on the 22nd at 7:39 p.m. but we didn't answer because we didn't recognize the number. They left an automated voicemail for the parents/guardians of one of our children (they even said her whole name, first middle and last)but didn't say why they were calling.
Called re: my husbands library account being "on hold". Thought it was our local branch, but then looked up the number and it's in Indiana, we are on the west coast. Called my local branch and talked to them about why we are getting this phone call from out of state. This company "Unique Management" is their collection agency, but shouldn't be calling, and his account is not "on hold" as that refers to books, but is blocked from further checkouts. I won't deal with any company regarding our library accounts, will only deal with my local branch.
They call and never leave a message. I called them back and asked them why they don't leave messages. They lied and said my voicemail was full. It certainly wasn't. Not one message in my voicemail so how could it be full?
