5:25 pm – Got phone call from 813-398-8751 - GE Capital in Plant City, FL about a loan. I told them I wasn’t interested, I’m on the Do Not Call list and to remove me. I then hung up.
5:26 pm – He called back and continued his sales pitch. I told him don’t call me again and hung up.
5:26 pm – He called back. I got angry and told him to “not [***] call me again.”
5:27 pm – He called back. I answered and told him to leave me alone
5:27 pm – He called back. I did not answer. Jeanine called the number and asked to file a complaint. Supervisor told us he was removing us from their list immediately. He attempted to call us twice while Jeanine was on the phone with the supervisor
5:30 pm – Got a phone call from 850-776-4518, Wireless Caller – I answered, not knowing it was him. He started yelling at me for being abusive with him on the phone and asking if I was married or unmarried.
5:30 pm – I called the 813 number and asked to speak to a supervisor to let them know the agent was now calling me from his cellphone. The agent asked why I was being abusive with his agent. I told him I didn’t curse until the 3rd call, after he ignored my request to not call back twice. He told me he would speak to the agent who would be told “firmly” to not contact me anymore. While I was on the phone with the supervisor, the call number attempted to contact us four times, twice at 5:31 and twice at 5:32 pm.
No more calls since.

Hello:I receivedseveral calls from 'Nancy' with GE Capital Bank offering a loan.Very persistent.bad feeling it was a scam.Definitely using a company's name illegallyand pleasebe careful.Sincerely,Mark
I almost went through with this. I recently applied for a payday loan and received several calls from this number, I played their game. First I was totally approved and had to verify my information that they already had. Then I magically wasn't approved cause of my credit when they said my credit wasn't being ran, and that a supervisor needed to speak with me. "James Howard" said I needed to deposit 160 on a vanilla pak or green dot money pak card before my 2000 loan would be approved. I asked him for a website and toll free customer service number and he stalled. I began to call them numerous times with question after question until I annoyed them. I feel it was a scam because they kept changing the terms. And now I see if I would of loaded the card I would of had to load more for insurance?
They saying they are collecting company for a payday loan that wasn't payed for. Witch I have prove I never got from that company. They have done this before and I had prove then as well. But they continue calling me and one of they called me a bi..... And my co-work a jerk.
I got a call from "James" claiming he was from GE Capital & I qualified for $3000. I told him I didn't understand & he started getting rude, implying that there was nothing I shouldn't understand. I felt it was a scam & hung up. A few minutes later I called him back & he answered GE Capital, how can I help you? I knew it was him (same broken English, accent & voice). He said it was & he wanted to "give" me my $3000. I told him I'd be happy for him to give it to me, but I wasn't accepting a loan that I hadn't applied for. He told me Yes, I had applied, I must have forgotten. I assured him I would have remembered. He told me he would like to hang up. I told him I would like for him to stop scamming people. He was infuriated, said it wasn't so & he was going to put a red mark on my application (that non-existent application, I suppose). I told him to go right ahead & hung up...
