A message is not proper service and not returning their call does not equate to a waiver of counsel or failure to file an appearance. Call them back. Tell them your name is Toby and that you work in the kitchen. Call late at night or early in the morning.
Received the call referring to "an impending lawsuit"! Further stated to press "1" to be connected to a mediator; yet when I dialed "1" recd message that it was a non working number!!!
