This number continued to call the new cell number that I just got. Down loaded a program to block all numbers that are spam or garbage. Works great and it is free.
I want this place to stop calling my home and i to would like to be able to sue for harassment. Since this place is doing this to people I think something needs to be done ASAP and stop this.
Uh, ya.........keep getting calls from that number, even told them that I am NOT Mark Delaney, but yet they keep calling me in regards to an unpaid student loan. 1st............I never went to college with a student loan. I received Federal GRANTS!!!!!. Not loans. Even after I identified myself and gave them MY SS#.they insisted that I MUST BE MISTAKEN. LOL. 2nd...............refer to the footnote #1.
Well here he goes again! Day after day!. Fortunately, I have a computer hacker /tech wizard friend familiar with the Federal laws pertaining to collection company procedures and he is coming over to help guide me as I CALL the this "Unknown number", record the conversation with this "Unknown individual', demand that he not call me ever again and, of course inform him that I am quite familiar with the federal statutes relating to collection/ solicitation and particularly stressing the precise type of harassing activities which which violate Federals laws (and which subject him and his company to nice big hefty law suites) So...If he EVER CALLS AGAIN after being forewarned I win both ways because if the calls cease - all the better & if they persist, I could sure use some money from a hefty law suite settlement! My buddy the hacker he can easily ascertain the exact location (and carrier) where these calls are originating from too. (Surprise, surprise Mr. 817-865-2020! - alias: "Mr. unknown number")

P.S. As soon as I know WHO is calling and WHERE they're calling from I will gladly post this info for all to utilize as you happen to see fit (If you know what I mean...hee-hee-hee!)
