They called this morning; I believe they have called us before from different numbers - this time the caller ID said BLOCKED NUMBER. We're an RV repair facility and the conversation went like this:
HIM: I'd like to speak to a service manager.
ME (knowing this was a scammer): What it what type of RV do you have?
HIM: 1982 Winnebago.
ME: And what type of repairs do you need?
HIM: [laughs] Oh, all kinds of things, can I just talk to a service manager?
ME: That would be me.
He hung up. I blocked. Not that it will do any good.
On the Ripoff Report I posted above (http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/ACE-INDUSTRIAL-SUPPLY-COMPANY/Burbank-California-91505/ACE-INDUSTRIAL-SUPPLY-COMPANY-Telemarket-abuse-I-am-on-a-no-call-list-and-Ace-Supply-has-460232) a company rep posted this. It gives a customer service number of 800-223-3129. I doubt THAT one will be any more effective, but hey, you can try if you're up to the frustration.

They are rude and obnoxious. They call all the time with attitude asking for people that haven't worked or own the company in over 3 years. I wouldn't do business with this company based on the horrible telemarketing approach with unqualified staff.
NEVER interact - they will never put you on a do not call list, but anything showing your number is "live" will only increase their calls. By calling them you verified the number you DON'T want them to call is a good number. Prepare to be bombarded.
