Same thing - three calls. Boy am I scared! IRS does not call anyone. These scammers will meet their match one day when they are in the middle of their recordings and turn around and find themselves being arrested.
Got a call from this number and person said that they were the IRS and an arrest warrant was out for home owner. Also said the address was under surveillance from the IRS. After viewing different calls logged here from the same area code ; conclusion scam . checking the number is from a home residence.
We just got the same call today. Here is what they said: "The reason for this call is to inform you that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you and your physical address is under Federal investigation. So call me back to get the detail information about your case. My call back number is 818-436-6572. I repeat it's 818-436-6572. It's very important we hear from you today. Thank you."

got a call from "INDIANS" - they stated they had sent 3 letters and the IRS COLLECTION squad was waiting up the street to come to my office and put me in handcuffs; unless I gave her the authority to stop it by paying $1,650.06 for defrauding government for 2009-2014.. I gave her some crazy address waaaaay out in Eastern Colorado 125 miles away -IT's an address of an old gun club. NOTHING THERE. . And told her to send someone... I decided to have some more fun..., I obtained all the information from IRS AGENTS Mr. Josh Brown and Roz Christiansen - I then acted like I was scared to death and she then gave me the 3 steps PROCESS to clear my name to avoid hand cuffs. ... She stated more than once she had the arrest warrant ready to go and if I did not give her the money -= she would push the button . I then said look... you sound kind of hot Baby-Kakes, -which did not even register as she said - i am quite cool sir. I then had some more fun and asked her what she had on underneath her skirt, Pantaloons? ... The typical ridiculous patteau continued and I finally ask her if she was on medication and that I had a fifth cousin who was monitoring this call for the NINNY GROUP She said what is this,, I responded it was a top secret organization to trap and sexual enslave scamsters and would make her sell her BOOTY to re-pay the funds I was supposed to pay-her. she still did not get it and I finally hung up., I waited the hour just to make sure no agents showed up then called the IRS fraud hotline.. what a joke. If I were 90 and had no sense I would have paid it. Nothing says we can not have a little fun.. I'll bet you this gets me off her call list... do NOT call, he is NUTSO..
