I am 15 years old, these people called me and there is one problem, there were no zeroes but they told me my acc was locked and they said press 1 to talk to one of our agents or something, so I press one as my stuborn self, and it is still a computerized recorder voice call, and it said press one to unlock my acc and something or other.
I got the same thing as C C. Automated message. Telling me my account has been locked by the security department but I couldn't tell what company they said. Sounds like the above explanation. Something ending in ets. After reading a few posts about this I can't wait till they call back. I'm gonna have a field day! Caller ID simply said 847
