I received a call yesterday from this number. He is foreign and uses that phrase also. He doesn't disclose what company he represents and when I got to work today, I had a missed call here....I'm going to block it from my personal phone, but what can I do about my work phone?....this is crazy.
my daughter also received numerous calls from this number. they said they were getting her for check fraud and other serious crimes. my daughter doesnt even have a speeding ticket lol. we contacted the police over it.
Someone by the name of Dominic Jordan keeps calling me from this number saying he is from "ALPD" - when I asked what that stood for he said America Legal Professional Division - wanted my ATM card said I had an outstanding loan from Cash Net. Very nasty and put his "accounting department" person on the phone ("Jason Connor") to harrass me as well. I called Cash Net and verified I do not have a loan with them. Cash Net asked if they were foreign and when I said yes they told me to call my bank right away and report fraudulance. I found a Dominic Jordan on line in Johannesburg. I'm changing my phone number.
This same caller called my place of employment and left a voice mail that was disturbing. Even the secretary who received the voice mail saved it because she felt threatened just listening to it.
He used the name Ian Connor, but with the heavy accent it may have been Jason. He wished me "good luck with any future events that may unfold" if I ignore his call.
