I received a call yesterday from this number. He is foreign and uses that phrase also. He doesn't disclose what company he represents and when I got to work today, I had a missed call here....I'm going to block it from my personal phone, but what can I do about my work phone?....this is crazy.

it look like a fake letter and these guys are acting like they are american but are actually sound like there indian

I just received a call today from this number stating I had taken a payday loan from Cash Advance in December, 2010 and didn't pay it back. I knew I did not do that. He stated he was suing me and refused to provide me paperwork to back up his claim. He gave me a fake case # and hung up on me after that. He is also contacting my references.
I got a call from "Frank Delahousy" @ 850-510-5077, I recognized this type of call because I got one before. Immediately advised him thanks for his name and I will contact the FTC and he hung up. Just in case you need it, here's the number for the FTC 877-382-4357.
yeah, i got 3 calls from this number yesterday, 2 at work today and then again, as I was on the computer. I've received calls like this before.....DON'T BELIEVE THEM!! TELL THEM NOTHING!
when the guy said the last 4 of my social, i said i was NOT going to verify that, then I recited the policy set by FDCPA and he hung up. hope he leaves me alone
