I received a call yesterday from this number. He is foreign and uses that phrase also. He doesn't disclose what company he represents and when I got to work today, I had a missed call here....I'm going to block it from my personal phone, but what can I do about my work phone?....this is crazy.
This numer 850-262-0308 calls my place of employment daily..I answer the phone using my business name and they just hang up after staying on the phone in silence for a few seconds. Theyre not harrassing anyone here for whatever reason but it is REALLY annoying. They call anywhere between 4-10 times daily!
THESE PEOPLE LEAVE VERY THREATENING AND UNTRUE MESSAGES WITH NO EVIDENCE ON MY VOICEMAIL AND EVEN MANAGED TO CALL ME ONCE AT WORK. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO NOT CALL ME AGAIN THE OBVIOUS MIDDLE EASTER MAN SAID, "MA'AM, I WILL CALL YOU OVER AND OVER, 100,000 TIMES AS MUCH AS I WANT UNTIL YOU FALL AND I GET WHAT I WANT". I KNEW THAT I DID NOTHING WRONG NOR DID I OWE HIM ANYTHING SO I HUNG UP ON HIM. I KNOW THE SCAM.
These folks have been harassing me off and on for over a year. I have told them that every time they call I am charging them $5,000.00 for invasion of privacy and harassment and that if they ever do take me to court they will see a countersuit for over $500,000.00 as of today. I have also block as many versions of their phone numbers as possible.
The most effective anti-fraud method I have found so far is to treat them as I would an obscene phone caller. That is, when they call and I know it is them, I blow a whistle into the phone.
They just called and after I hung up on them, when they called back, I used the whistle. It took them 10 calls (add another $50,000.00 to my countersuit) and 10 ear-splitting whistles before they quit calling.
This person keeps calling my place of employment saying they are from Legal Affidavit's Office and they need to talk to me regarding a legal matter. The information is time sensitive so I need to get hold of him asap.
