I received a call yesterday from this number. He is foreign and uses that phrase also. He doesn't disclose what company he represents and when I got to work today, I had a missed call here....I'm going to block it from my personal phone, but what can I do about my work phone?....this is crazy.
I received 6 call from this number today. I answered it and the guy (indian accent) said he had an important call in regards to a debt owed to Cash Advance and that he was transferring me to an attorney. I waited about 1 minute for the "transfer" and no one came on the line so I hung up. He immediately called back and demanded to know why I hung up and I told him if the attorney was not on the line I would not wait, he said he would call back.
I got an additional call from Michael Phillips from the Hinsdale Law Firm in Milton Florida. He had my current address and stated he was going to read the legal affidavit and that there were allegations against me and that I needed to answer all his questions. When he asked the first question, which was have I ever been arrested for not paying a debt or been in jail for not paying, and I responded that I was not comfortable answering a question like that and he got mad and said when the cops appear at my door to arrest me, then I will understand what this legal matter was for and he hung up on me.
this number call me try to tell me I had a loan ready to go to the store then call them back when I got there so thay can tell me what card to buy then thay tell me the fcc was going to change me 299.00 for not take the loan out
This person keeps calling and calling. He is not going to get any money from me. He is a total scam. He might as well call his Indian momma to give him money. Stop calling me. You are PITIFUL. Harass someone else. Get a life. Better yet
