I'm up to 7 calls from this # today, at my work number. I'm no longer even bothering to pick up (I was leaving the receiver on my desk, not saying anything, till he hung up). How fun! (Sarcasm)
I just received a call from this person with an accent (not necessarily Indian) and he asked for me by name, then asked if I wanted to go on a date with him, and I tried to clarify why he was calling and where he was calling from, and he said Nike. And then he asked if I wanted to "come on a date with me" and I said, no, thank you though, and then he was hanging up and said "[***] you." There was call center noise in the background.
So, there's that.
Scammers; one day they're calling from Bank of America; then an IT company. The IDIOT on the phone could not even pronounce our company name !@$*!!!! When you call the HIJACKED number back it says they are not in service.
856-204-0652 - PREPARE yourselves for this bunch of imbeciles who can't make up their mind where they are calling - who they are calling - and to the owner - um I am the owner and we do not accept unwarranted solicited calls. Gungadin proceeded to yell profanities and hung up - LMAO!
While we waste our money on a defective Do Not Call list, the beat goes on. Just experienced the same activity y'all's been experiencing for over a year. The individual lied as to the purpose of his call and reason. While I, too have it all documented, it's likely all for naught. Best thing to do, if you have the time, is play with them. It breaks of the day, and provides for some comic relief.
856-204-0652 is presented as a "landline" from Vineland, NJ. Some poor soul, trying to steal a buck, is pretty persistent. He, or his cronies, have called my home number 7 times. This number is not exaggerated.
Who is this calling and why? I received a call at work today from a Dr. Smith, when I answered the phone, he asked is this was ...... and when I answered yes, he hanged up. I called the number back it says is a MagicJack and number hasn't been assigned to anyone.
