I'm up to 7 calls from this # today, at my work number. I'm no longer even bothering to pick up (I was leaving the receiver on my desk, not saying anything, till he hung up). How fun! (Sarcasm)
This is a magic jack number that has not been assigned. Indian guy said he was from Citi bank. Yesterday I received a similar call but from someone with an American accent. I recently listed on linkedin. I am thinking this is where they are getting the names. If you get such a call contact the credit bureaus and ask them to red flag your account.
Got a call on this line this morning to my work phone. I didn't answer and it went to vm. They feft an 8 sec message with a lot of background noise but nothing else. After reading these posts I'm glad I didn't pick up!!
i received a phone call at work from 8562040652 and they asked for my name and i said uh huh and he asked is this so and so and i said yes and then he hung up and his voice sounded like an indian accent. i wonder what this is all about and the number says its not in service, pretty creepy.
Just got a call at work from this number. The voice on the other end identified me by name and he hung up as soon as I said, "speaking". Hope nothing comes of it.
