I took a victim services course for my advocacy work. This system allows someone to call from anywhere, but appear on caller ID as a legitimate caller. Thus, several companies (scam artists) can each rotate around to appear to be coming from this number. Do Not Call enlistment does not help at all. If you opt for #2 to be put on THEIR do not call list, it will simply rotate over to another number next time they call. Many times they will disconnect when you answer. I'd love to find a way to bring these vermin businesses down.

When she asked to speak with my Mother, informed her that she was non verbal and she hung up. Now this rose to suspicion, so I went to BBBonline to do a search on the phone number and they were not listed. the next move was to use lookup search engine and PhoneAgentSource.com is where I found the following information.
