This is tied to an LLC that is active across the country. It may be diabetic supplies one time, or Alliance Healthcare, then I get business calls for a $250,000 business loan. Actually stayed on the line the last time around. Got Cecil, swore he was in California, but my bet is New Delhi. Recorded the call.
I took a victim services course for my advocacy work. This system allows someone to call from anywhere, but appear on caller ID as a legitimate caller. Thus, several companies (scam artists) can each rotate around to appear to be coming from this number. Do Not Call enlistment does not help at all. If you opt for #2 to be put on THEIR do not call list, it will simply rotate over to another number next time they call. Many times they will disconnect when you answer. I'd love to find a way to bring these vermin businesses down.
Notice the 55 sequence in each number. They are telemarketers. If you are not registered with the "Federal Do Not Call List" I suggest you do so to keep these morons from continually calling like they have been doing to me. I just registered my cell phone on the do not call list here below.

What the heck is wrong with telemarketers calling ten times a day...idiots.
I actually put my cell phone on "No Sound" when the number is not recognized, not in my cellphone contact list or if it comes up as "Unknown caller". So, when I do get an "unknown call" it will show up as a missed call but it won't ring and won't disturb me at all times of the day.
So when it comes to picking a ring tone for unknown calls make sure you pick "No Sound".
I have AT&T as my carrier, by the way.
I keep receiving calls from this number, it is my cell phone that they are calling so it is wasting my monthly airtime. I would answer and there would be nothing there, I would say "hello" 2 times then they would hang up on me, I started letting it go to my voicemail and there would be 3 seconds of nothing on these voice mails. How do I stop these calls from continuing???
