I took a victim services course for my advocacy work. This system allows someone to call from anywhere, but appear on caller ID as a legitimate caller. Thus, several companies (scam artists) can each rotate around to appear to be coming from this number. Do Not Call enlistment does not help at all. If you opt for #2 to be put on THEIR do not call list, it will simply rotate over to another number next time they call. Many times they will disconnect when you answer. I'd love to find a way to bring these vermin businesses down.
The company is called Alliance Health Networks. They have three numbers on my caller ID that I called and got the same message"Thank you for calling Alliance Health Networks, we help people with various medical conditions, etc...
