I'm getting calls from this company asking for my 40 year old son who camped out on my couch for a few months a couple of years ago. He doesn't even live in this state.
I am tired of notifying the people who call that I am not responsible. I've even given out his cell number to some callers and they still keep calling me.
Who can I report this to? FTC? FCC? I know it's illegal to keep calling but who enforces those laws?
i just bought this tracfone -- cost me $30 for 2 f***kin' hours, and this number calls daily looking for someone who, apparently, had the phone # before me. i lose 1 minute per call
The idiots called asked for my husband I said he wasn't home this was his wife. They asked what state I live in I told them they should know that since they called me. She got real nasty & said she is not familiar with the initials I suggested she go back to grammer school. She totally flipped out & told me ( with a Jersey accent) thatshe is from Canada and I was a [***] & needed to be nicer.

i blocked the calls using my Panasonic KX-TGA931S, cordless phone and answering machine.
It's a great feature.
They called twice this morning, and the phone blocked both calls! yippee!!!
