same here - told them not to call any more and only contact by mail - now they have other people in their office call every day like nothing has ever been discussed. Like Cathy - i am saving the info for a lawyer.
I am also a switchboard operator but at a business. They called here twice in the past 5 minutes. Everytime it calls there's a recorded message that says, "We have an important call for you, hold the line please." No I wll not hold the line. I am busy at work answering other calls and if you really had an important call you would be there on the phone when I answered instead of wasting my time!
