YES... I.e.: if you are on the national DNC registry, and an automated telemarketer keeps calling you, the best thing to do is have the state att'y general mail them a letter, and eventually this will actually scare them enough to stop calling.

Phone Number Report: This number as well as 860-216-2292 have been calling my minor child's cell phone leaving messages about car warranty cancellation's and threating to have her car repossessed. The problem is she is 15 and doesn't even have a licenses let a lone a car. We have tried to call the numbers back and get an error that our call cannot be completed or it does not connect at all. We need her number removed from their solicitations.
