It's a  scam they said I ownedthe court order a hah I don't ever have one

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

I answered, the lady said her name was Rachel from CBS. She said she could lower my interest rate on my credit card. You cant bulls__t a bulls__ter. Total Scam.
