Called my cell a minute ago. Of course I didn't answer, I only answer to recognized numbers and people. And I don't have voicemail on my cell. Criminals.
This is the THIRD call I've received from this same outfit using the following phone numbers:

In that order. All EXACTLY the same name (Rachel), same voice, same recording . . . claiming to reduce interest rates on credit cards. This is called a Phishing scheme. They get you to give them your account/card numbers and expiration dates and they duplicate the cards and WHAM! you get hit with unauthorized charges.
Same here, I am literally about to report them to the COPS if I get 1 more. I got 3 exams coming up and they keep harassing me. Next call I get I stored there numbers, what they don't know is this kind of fraud can send them to Jail for longer than 20 years.
