Even if I were interested in a credit call, I now wouldn't consider yours. I am on a no call list and shall report you. Stop bothering me.

They probably believe that most people are more likely to answer the call if it appears to becoming from a cell phone. It seems these scammers possess a great deal of confidence despite claims that they are being "investigated". Because these types of scams are still prevalent today, I can only assume that they are still profitable. Why are these people so hard to take down?
