I just received a call from this #, how ever when my answering machine stated I was on the Gov do not
call list and I would report them the caller hung up without speaking
I got a call from this number... they guy wanted to help me lower my intrest rates on all my cards to 6.9%. First he wanted the 800 number on the back of the card and the expiration date... I told him I wasn't comfortable with that and he assured me there was nothing he could do with that information except check that I was in good standing with that company as of 6am this morning. I gave him the number and the expiration date and he then asked for the 16 digit card identification number... I laughed heartily and told him there was no way I was giving him that information. He got angry and started yelling about me being ridiculous and 'didn't I want to save a bunch of money'... I thanked him for underesting my intelligence and, while he was still yelling, hung up on him. I AM 100% CONFIDENT THAT THIS IS A SCAM.
They're still calling. Received 12/1/10 at 1:11 p.m.
Caller ID is the phone number without the dashes.

As of today the same # a recording of an English (or maybe Australian) guy says we've won some free or cheap vacation package. Yeah, right. Reported to do-not-call within 5 minutes.
