"Rachel at Cardholder Services", same phishing scam that has been running for several years and has stolen about $13 million from people who are too stupid to be allowed to own a phone. The FTC just got a restraining order against Rachel and friends a few days ago: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/1023061/index.shtm . So these people are now in criminal contempt of court... nice.
If the FTC got a restraining order on the 19th - it didn't work - today is the 22nd and I just got a call from them. Thank goodness for caller ID and you don't have to pick up.
They have called several timesover the past 2 months, sometimes they leave a msg (The interest rates lowered crap), sometimes they don't. I AM on the do not call list.
