I, too, got a card in the mail about Medicare changes. Telemarketers can legally call you, even on the DNC list, if you have ever had business with them. Sending me a card does not constitute a business relationship. ANYONE who calls me and I haven't done business with them before I consider scammers. Anyway, I don't have Medicare! I'm lucky enough to have affordable insurance with my pension plan with my former employer. So these people and all the other Medicare telemarketers are just targeting people over 62yo. Scumbags every one.
We can't see the DNC list. If we have you name and phone number it's because the DNC list has failed to do their job. We dont want to call folks who don't want to be called. My mother is 76 years old and I don't like her being harassed. We at PSB have no idea that you are on that DNC list until you tell us.
That is your error. Per the Telephone Sales Rule you company is required to register with the FTC and obtain the DNC list before making lead generation calls. It is about time the FTC took a hard look at your operation and issued fines for all the illegal calls you have been making.
I'm bothered by the reason you would come to a telephone complaint site in the first place. Your website looks like William described, recruitment.
You came to the wrong place to spew your garbage, thanks for showing us your true colors.
I call SHILL ALERT!!
Because we are not a scam, I wanted to clear that up. I personally would not work for a company that would hurt people, we've helped alot of people, and I respect those seniors who ask me not to call.
If you actually respected the people you call you would obey the law by first scrubbing your phone lists against the federal DNC registry. Since by your own admission you don't do this, we conclude you and your company should NOT be trusted.
