I, too, got a card in the mail about Medicare changes. Telemarketers can legally call you, even on the DNC list, if you have ever had business with them. Sending me a card does not constitute a business relationship. ANYONE who calls me and I haven't done business with them before I consider scammers. Anyway, I don't have Medicare! I'm lucky enough to have affordable insurance with my pension plan with my former employer. So these people and all the other Medicare telemarketers are just targeting people over 62yo. Scumbags every one.
BJ can't see the DNC list because his employer has chosen to ignore the DNC list law. To see the DNC list a company must register with the FTC and pay a fee. This is required of ALL telemarketers except those calling for charity or politicians. BJ's company is violating that law.
