Who called from 8642143608

Today I received alert that my voicemail was full. I knew that had to be wrong. Didn't know that blocked calls still went to voicemail. I had 52 calls from this number over a 4 day period in October 2016.
It's a robo call. The message only says "Please press zero to speak to a representative or call us at 1-888-299-3507."

Just started calling today and I've gotten 2 within an hour. Wouldn't normally bother me since I block all unknown callers anyway, except unlike most robo calls, this one keeps leaving voicemails. The voicemail is a recording that said the same thing both times. This is _____ from Global Services calling about a personal matter. Call back at an 888 number.

Left a message that they hoped to hear back from me asap before they proceed further in any legal manner.  Then the robot gives her "direct number".

I receive at least 5 calls a day from Beth at Global Services.  I am tired of it.  This has been going on for a month - nothing has been sent in the mail.  Has to be a scam.
