Called my house at 12:45pm on Sunday, June 10, 2007. I said hello twice and they hung up, checked the internet for this phone # and it shows Gary and Scarlet Moore from Greenwood, SC. I just received my new phone# less than a week ago because of telemarketers and the phone company knows this. Why can't our phone companies STOP this harassment? Somebody needs to do something. I did do a call trace after I hung up the phone so my phone carrier will be notified. And I will keep sending a call trace to them each time I receive a call from these jokers and hopefully my phone company will do something about it.
Received two in a week from this number. I missed the call, then did not call back; however, a text message to that number was delivered. Probably not a good thing. I am from Minnesota.
Received a call at 11:30am. Didn't recognize the # or the area code so I waited for the answering machine to pickup... They hung up on the 4th ring.
Then I looked it up online, well just the area code and exchange # and came across the full # on this forum.
This number called my (unlisted) cell, at about 2:30. I live in Upstate NY.
I did not answer because the phone is reserved for important calls, and I usually recognize the originating area code and number. They left no message.
I just looked up this site; it is a valuable service, as it has reduced to zero my concern about missing a genuine call. On the other hand, it RAISES concern that I will be bothered by these a..holes. F... these people.
I've suddenly begun to get these calls as well..."john smith" (claimed to be asian american), said he represented sprint. Got a portion of an address....Digital Millenium Services, 1625 Water Landing Way, Jehrico NY...asked for his supervisor - who was on 17th floor and would take 25 minutes to come to the phone. Big time scam. Any way to get this A****** arrested!!!
called me more than 5 times but has only answered me once sounds like someone is prank calling, so i hanged up. When i called back either the number is busy or the number is not in service.
