After getting this call, I sent an opt-out request to [email protected] (an Email address that I got off of their "Email Us" link at federalsuppliers.com).  What bounced back was:

Received and unsolicited call and my store clerk took the message while I was out from Connie Carol asking if we wanted to do business with the Federal Government for a no-bid one year contract and gave 864-297-4663 as the call back number. When I called back I got a recording saying I had reached the GSA Division at Federal Suppliers. Suspecious, I found this website.
