These people call four or five times a day. Local news did a fraud report on them, said they have hit all fifty states. Rip off scammers, spent 189 million on their vacation, New cars etc.
This call came from BWXT in Charlotte/Greenville. It appears that they hired C.Winkler as one of their V.P."s but wisely have not let him have any real useful function. Alas, he has returned to the only trick he knows.
