These people call four or five times a day. Local news did a fraud report on them, said they have hit all fifty states. Rip off scammers, spent 189 million on their vacation, New cars etc.
Please put this number on the "Do not call" list. This caller is a fake using Children's Cancer as their bait. Ironically, I just spent $500.00 at the M.U.S.C. childrens hospital gala held in Charleston for a legitimate fund raiser.So I don't feel guilty about talking to her.
Wow, I wrote the above post a year ago, almost to the day. I had to clear out some of my phone's blocked numbers, and because I hadn't gotten a call in a while, I cleared this one. It looks like I acted too soon. They're being blocked again after having called me tonight.
Claiming to be from Children's Cancer Foundation. Seemed fishy. Searched details and same syrupy conversion used and tried multiple times to elicit a credit card number from me. I declined twice and they took mailing address quickly with no verification to see if their information was correct. Seems like a phony. I will not be sending any donation to this company.
