i live in ohio and got one bout 10 mins ago,same thing,i answer and no response

i tried to call them back on my cell got a strange busy tone,so i tried on my land line and got a message saying the # was disconnected and no linger in service,15mins after they called me....hmmm

did they call ur cell? i am near dayton. it just bothers me

I live in Cincinnati OH. I saw on my caller ID that this number called me yesterday afternoon, no message was left. They just called again a few minutes ago and when I answered they hung up. I tried calling the number back and I get a message saying the number is not in service. I had a similar experience a couple of months ago and it turned out to be Time Warner Cable's sales department. I don't know why they call and then just hang up. It is very strange.
