This number called twice today, each call four hours apart. The Caller ID listed "out of area". No one is ever there when I answer. Called the number back and it said "your call cannot be completed as dialed; please check the number and try your call again".
Very strange. I too am in Ohio, and I too am tired of this. >:(
This number has called our home REPEATEDLY for the last couple of weeks. We never answer calls that we don't recognize the number. If it's Time Warner, they might as well quit calling us; we just signed up for their internet service last week!
