I receive a minimum of 4 calls a day also with no responding on the other side when I answer. I live in Wisconsin-most of you seem to be from Ohio. I did inquire about Time Warner Cable about 4 weeks ago so maybe it is a Sales compant for them.
This 864-864-6344 calls my house twice a day. My phone has call blocking but gives out a half of a ring before it blocks them. just enough to wake me up. I sleep during the day and work nights so I guess until OBAMA changes this I have to unplug my unlisted # so I can sleep.
Funny how several of you mention you think it was Time Warner and we are all in Ohio (including me). I've never had Time Warner Cable but I am moving to Columbus this week and had set up an installation appt with them, then cancelled because I got a better deal with another company. Sounds like Time Warner may be our common link. I got a call from this number today (I didn't answer it) after I cancelled my installation with them just last night. Interesting...
I get a call from this number at least once a day; on the occassions I pick up, there's no one on the other end. This is a brand new phone number since I just moved into my house. Also located in the Cincinnati Ohio area.
