Very odd call. Woman said she was from Fedex. She asked a few very general questions. Did we use Fedex ground, are we happy, is there anything she could do for us. She praised fedex ground saying they are the fastest ground delivery. The call had a "hollow" sound to it.
No requests for personal / company information.
It is an account executive for FDX that is assigned to that territory. It is not a scam, we do not give out contact information unless our customers have it from giving it out to them. You can see the number listed above when we call, but call our direct lines if you are a customer and you will see that it is the same way to get in touch with us. We are not the ones to deal with a lot and customer service handles that. They then send the call to us for us to take care of it if it is our job description as an Account Executive!
