I have been getting these calls for a few weeks now. THe had been calling my parents and my elderly father had not been telling me. Finally got the messages and called them. They told me I had a warrent out for me over payday loans which I had NEVER had. Told them to send info proving it and I was told I would have to make a payment arrangment first. Uh No.... Just realized they have called 8 times on my cell since Thursday. Gonna call the police tomorrow.
Someone called my son from that number. The name they used was Litigation services
Claimed he owed a Bogus Pay Day loan
They said if he did not pay the loan they would put out a warrant for his arrest. After researching the number found out it was a SCAM!!!
The fact that you cant even google the company or number shows it is a scam. If they send anyone to your house just close the door and call the real police.
Dimaond D either works for them or he was fooled and got scammed
Received a call from Walter Herring regarding my son so called debt. Caller stated, a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Once a warrant is issued there is no way of stopping it. The caller transferred me to a lady name Amanda Scott wirh no title. So being a protective mom, my only son I paid the charges but with further investigations, I immediately stopped all credit card transactions. So, please investigate first and never give out credit card pin numbers over the phone to strangers. If you are wanted, the real law enforcement agents will find you.
Got a call from Walter Harrington--901-407-2023-- Felony Litigation matter-threatened if I didn't call back I would be waiving my right to counsel and a warrant would be issued for my arrest in NJ. I asked what this was about and again the lady threatened that he just left for court with all of the paperwork for my arrest. She said it was a Pay Day loan from 3 years ago, I said settlement was already completed. She said that didn't matter -Their LAW Firm was going to have me arrested. They are located in TN so I guess it is a long drive to NJ. Think it is a scam
