I have been getting these calls for a few weeks now. THe had been calling my parents and my elderly father had not been telling me. Finally got the messages and called them. They told me I had a warrent out for me over payday loans which I had NEVER had. Told them to send info proving it and I was told I would have to make a payment arrangment first. Uh No.... Just realized they have called 8 times on my cell since Thursday. Gonna call the police tomorrow.
I'm sorry but to be honest I didn't fall for this due to the fact that you will never be called and told you have a warrant but got this call today its so annoying they even call my 11 year olds phone.
This guy left me a msg Walter Harrington saying the same thing that of we didn't call back a warrant would be issued today. He asked for us to pay the money today or my husband would go to jail. Then when I started asking for information he hung up on me I guess he got scared. Then I called back he answered again and said I can't give you any info good luck with the bail money! Wth! This is fake it's a scam...don't give out your info. I called back to back and my call kept being rejected. They are calling from a cellphone.
It's totally a scam. The message left didn't even say who they were calling for and I just had my credit pulled by my attorney. I haven't borrowed any money from anyone but student loans and that has been paid for over 5 years. They need to come up with a more believable message. Lol
I see these people have been very busy this week. My husband and I received the same call yesterday. very rude people. Let's all just start calling an annoying them and don't forget to be rude.
