I recieved a Phone call from RObert A. Baxter,Pretrial Intervention OFFice,Phone# 901 444 3523,left a message to contact his office immediatly. i called this #,and a woman name Diana answer the phone,and said that,i must pay $1,600 today,otherwise there will be a warrant for my arrest.i asked from who?she said from Advance LLC? I asked why i have not recieve any information from the mail,and where Robert Baxter Office located.she started Yelling at me,Very Rude.very sad that there are people in this world like this people.i was very disturbed with this phone call.i sure hope they will get caught soon,for scamming people.
I just got the same call that everyone is getting and I did call it back and got a man who stated that Mr Baxter was in an interview and I told him I don't care what he is doing that I know this is a scam and they have been reported to the Ohio Attorney Generals Office as well as the FBI and if they contact my number again or I will have my real attorney file legal charges for harassment and fraud against them. The man said well I can do the same for you and I said go ahead!!!! Its all over the internet about how your a fraud and its all a scam I have also placed an alert on Facebook publicly with your stupid phone numbers and your fake name you use and it wont be long before your caught and prosecuted buddy. I laughed when he hung up on me.
Stated that I asked for a payday loan back in 2014 here in Bexar county (didn't even say Bexar correctly). Stated unless I pay they Wil have a judge sign a warrant for my arrest and up. Called back a male answered the phone stated will transfer me to an attorney and the same female came on the phone and was rude and stated the same info and hung up.
This number called my phone and my husbands phone, first clue is they do not know who they are calling because they didn't have our names. Scam!!! I have also heard that you should not call them back because they can access things through your phone once you do. There are numerous people trying to run these scams, I am not sure how they can stop them, but please check numbers before calling back so as to not fall victim to these horrible people.
