Calls from multiple numbers. I, personally, have been called from 901-425-1477, 901-457-0243, and 901-407-2023. All say the same thing with the same voice, but I've gotten 2 different names: Phil Albright and Walter Harrington. The only information they can give me is my name and phone number, and then they claim that I never paid off some loan and that if I don't immediately send them the money to THEM to pay it off, they will be issueing a warrant for my immediate arrest. I have never had any type of loan what-so-ever, so I knew from the moment they said that that it was a scam. Then when they refused to give me any info about "my debt", I was even more certain. Even after I told them that I was on to them, and after they scream and curse and try to do their best to make you feel like trash, they have still been calling. Absolutely a scam, that I hope no one falls for. And if anyone figures out how to get them to stop calling, please post so that the rest of us can know.

Legitimate legal situations are NOT left as telephone voice messages. They are handled by a UNIFORMED DEPUTY and a SUMMONS who comes to SEE YOU. Nobody calls and leaves messages saying you are going to "lose a case" if you don't call back.
Not sure who these people are but I have received calls telling me to contact them and if I don't they would be sending my information to the court to have me arrested. When I called the number back no answer. And when did get a hold of them they were short with me and could not provide any information on the alleged case. Then they hung up.
I got the same call witth the same exact information and they could not give me any information on the alleged case. I will be reporting to the authorities.
