I have the same problem from the same number. They all act dumb like this has never happened before. I ask to speak to managers, etc. and I am met with the same weak excuse and promise it will not happen again. Who would like to file a class action suit against them? This is get very old.
same thing we got 4 calls in one hour today, over 10 in the last month. finally called and complained to the above number, we'll see what happens. Also reported them on the Do not call registry, if you are listed on the do not call list, they should investigate and fine them...here is the link to file a complaint.
I got two calls from them this morning, then called the number that Leo posted (Thanks!) I talked to a receptionist and told her that I live in South Carolina and they are calling my cell phone - please stop! She took down my name and phone number and said that she would forward it to the persons who were responsible for these calls. We'll see ...
I can recommend Certified Security. I have them since 2006. Great to work with, reasonable costs. Just read the contract and keep (like always) timelines for renewal.
I am getting calls since weeks now from Safetouch, told them many times I am not interested and I still get calls. Going to file a complaint against them.
