I have the same problem from the same number. They all act dumb like this has never happened before. I ask to speak to managers, etc. and I am met with the same weak excuse and promise it will not happen again. Who would like to file a class action suit against them? This is get very old.
They have been calling our business line for MONTHS at least 3 times a week. I have told them and told them to stop but they do not... CALL THEIR HEAD OFFICE IN JACKSONVILLE Here is the number:

I have had so many calls from this number 904-309-5370 that I tried to use ATT call block to no avail. Just now I received another call from it and asked if it was Safe Touch Security. YEP! It was "Brian" no last name. At first he sounded excited that I knew who was calling but that was short lived, I can assure you. He said he did not know who the president of the company was but his boss was a Jeff Rietz. "Brian" informed me that because my number was a business I could not do anything about the calls. Is this true?
These people continue calling and harassing us about their safetouch security system. We have told them to stop calling this number and to remove our number from their list but they continue calling and harrasing us. It is against the law in the state of Florida to continue calling and harassing someone if they are on the National do not call list. And when we told them to remove our number from their list, they have 10 working days to remove this number. I am suggesting we have this company and owner put behind bars as they do not respect the law and do not respect our request to be removed from their call list. I am calling the police and making a report. I suggest everyone else do the same.
This company calls weekly, never leaving a message. This has been going on for years. I wish they would respect the DO NOT CALL lists that I've registered with. BOYCOTT SAFETOUCH SECURITY. Don't buy from them.
