I have the same problem from the same number. They all act dumb like this has never happened before. I ask to speak to managers, etc. and I am met with the same weak excuse and promise it will not happen again. Who would like to file a class action suit against them? This is get very old.
Yup.. from safetouch.. got a call and it was dead-air.. called back, waited on hold for about a minute.. got a guy and told him to remove my #.. he said ok, that is it.. ok.. done.. sorry....
Just like everyone else, I've been a victim of extreme poor customer service, but not with Safe Touch Security. I've seen their commercial on TV and thought to myself "what a shady looking couple". After reading all of the complaints, I'll never do business with Lester and Casey (with Safe Touch Security). I hope you all have success really soon getting them to stop calling.
Gettting calls from safetouch security 1-904-309-5370. Called my unlisted number before 9am. Called it back to request to be placed on a do not call list and the rep hung up on me. I will be contatcing them again. Funny, yesterday I recieved a call from ADT security.
Read the fine print re the Do Not Call list. Anyone who you have ever done business with can call and solicit your return business. Same with Charities, Surveys and Political Parties.
