Same story here. Call repeatedly, say "wrong number" and hang up. I finally got fed up with with it, and internet stalked them :) They have now been reported to Century Link with a link to their website and phone number, as well as Coastal Communications.
The people responsible are a company called One & One.
Phone: 1-877-461-2631 (this is hte direct line to the Sales department, you have to speak to them. I asked them to remove us from the list, he assured me it would happen within 72 hours.
I answered the phone at our business as usual, knowing it was probably a telemarketer because we've been getting about 5 calls a day from unknown or unfamiliar numbers since we transferred service to our new location, and we're a smaller company with a generally smaller call volume. Whomever it was immediately asked for the owner. When I asked who was calling she said "Kelsey." I asked Kelsey...with which company, to which she asked again for the owner. I asked what the call was regarding and she said our website. I told her the owner is not in, and she asked when he would be in. I told her to please take us off their calling list, and she ignored me and repeatedly asked for the owner more aggressively. She asked what the owner's name was, and I thought, you don't even know who you're calling?! Ugh. This is getting so old. I put our company's name on the National Do Not Call Registry but we still keep getting these calls all. day. long. And now the telemarketers are ignoring our requests to be taken off their lists! I'm just going to stop answering. Or pick up and hang up when I recognize the numbers.
Everyday i get calls from this company. I just got one answered the phone with company name and like others have said the man said he had the wrong number. I called the number back you have to leave a number and they will call you back. They do that so if they are reported they will say you called there office. There are to many reports on this company and nothing have been done about how they try and trick people.
Many calls per day. Press one to speak to live operator and get a voice mailbox. I just give them my exwife's name and their own phone number and the just block the number.
Got numerous calls from them. I answered the first call. The lady was rude and demanding. She asked to speak to the owner of the business. I told her the owner wad not available and she hang up on me. I dismissed all following calls since.
