This is a telemarketing company in Jacksonville Fla. The computer dials numbers and if someone answers they connect in a "representative". BUT these representatives get evaluated based on the number of calls that they take, so if they say "Sorry, wrong number" and hangup, or don't say anything...just hang up, they can take more calls and get a better rating. Piss poor way of sellig stuff, but these operators are earning minimum wage and want to keep their jobs so they do what they have to do. It's the quantity, not the quality.
That's my problem. They call at least twice a day and never speak. I suppose they are getting even with me for being rude when they try to trick me into ordering a website from them. I've begged them not to call, yelled at them, etc. They just won't stop. Wish I could do something about it.
They were rude and just kept asking me for the owner. She acted like she was going to tell me that she was reporting me... for what.. I have NO IDEA. If you are a telemarketer, just say who you are and how I can help you.. then I might listen.
