It seems to me that you all are the scammers. Ppl wants to scream scams and call the police when someone calls and ask you to pay back a loan that you owe. The police won't make loan go away. Some of you take out loans with no intention of paying it back at all. I don't really know anything about this Mr Franklin guy or this chief Hollingsworth chick, but it seems like they're getting right under you all skin. Pay your bills and stop stealing money.

I'm sorry that you have zero knowledge of the law, that is a personal problem and not likely to help you in your chosen vocation.
