Smh.....the majority of you all on this site are nothing but professional debtors. Internet theives!!!! Let me give you all some food for thought, all the calls that Franklin calls on are legitimate debt and most them are from 2013; so there's no excuse to say a person forgot. I do know this to be true: many ppl apply online for payday and the servers send consumer information to various subsidiaries to get the loan approved. Some of those subsidiaries denies the loan and make dummy accounts and sell them to unsuspecting collection agencies for collection. That's not the fault of the collector, but the agency and the client. Don't hate the collector for being zealous for their clients funds. Pay your bills. Be an honest consumer not a thief. The one thing I do know, mr Franklin is a good collector and is not down with whatever scam you're trying to link him. He never.catch an attitude. He will tolerate foolishness on his phone so Dennis that's why you got hung up on. Dennis if you're gonna tell something at least tell the truth. Mr Franklin does not call references. He doesn't like calling other folks asking about other ppl.
I do happen to know a thing or two about jurisprudence, I guess you fail to comprehend that per the FDCPA (among other administrative statutes) the burden of proof lies on the creditor or their representative, not the alleged debtor. Epic fail
By the way, I hear you are a dead beat that owes over $200K to two dozen creditors. Now, pay up or prove you don't!
