In a different, and agonizingly long thread, "Burned" stated s/he ignored the phone call(s), and later ignored the delivered documentation (summons?), because s/he did not like the looks of the person who delivered the documentation.
Posters in that thread asked for proof ... eventually, "Burned" provided the link, as above.
So, we have an example of a person who ignored written letters and (summons?), and did not appear in court to provide a defense. Now, "Burned" is posting statements that the calls were legitimate (no proof there), the letters were ignored, and the (summons?) was issued but ignored.

Exactly. "Burned" seems to want to ventilate ... at length ... suggesting the regulars are at fault for stating a mere phone call is not legally sufficient proof of debt. When, in fact, "Burned" is at fault for ignoring the truly sufficient proofs of debt.
Hopefully this thread will not grow to the size of the other one, as all arguments seem to have been made.
Keep ignoring them they do the same to me. My sect falls of my report in 2 months they can't collect or take you to court they will just use that as a threat
I received a letter for a guy named Masood Popal. I called him several times when I received this letter at my work. It was dated July 25th 2014, I received it on July 31 2014,says have 7 days to pay it. It does say payment not full payment. I owe very little. But I can only afford to pay so much a month. Since I received the letter I have paid 2 payments already. I want it paid off asap. Masood called me today Aug 6 2014, I called him as soon as I got off work. I told him I had made payments and he asked how much I can pay. I already paid $100 and told him I can do a $100 a month if I can do more I will. I told him I am single and I work part time. I can only do so much. He was the MOST rudest pesron I have ever dealt with. He totally cut me off and said have a nice life and hung up on me. Awful human being. I called back and spoke to someone else and he was nice to me, I told him what happened and he said that was uncalled for. He gave me a name Chris to call tomorrow and speak to him and tell him what happened and see if I can do payments. I am so shocked that a company is like this.I work in customer service and would never treat someone like this.
Wife got several calls from this number looking for me when I wasn't home. They wouldn't leave a message. Got the number from call display and called them back. They were looking for someone else with same name for a debt at a local business. Hopefully they stop calling now.
